Osmania University is offering four-months compressed Junior and Senior Diploma courses in French, German and Advanced Diploma of one-year duration in French and German.
Eligibility for Junior Diploma is a pass in Intermediate or equivalent examination. While, 50 per cent marks at Junior Diploma or in Second Language at Graduation level with 50 per cent marks is the pre-requisite for Senior Diploma. Fifty per cent marks in Senior Diploma is eligibility for Advanced Diploma.
Candidates having learnt the concerned languages elsewhere may be required to appear for a special entrance test and the applications can be had from the University Press. The last date for submission of applications in the Departments concerned is July 12. Details can be had on 040-27682302.
