Vocational excellence award for actor

Rotary Club of Chennai Mambalam presented ‘Vocational Excellence Service’ award to Suhasini Manirathanam, actor and founder, Naam Foundation, recently.

The awards were presented by S. Ramesh, Chief Commissioner of Customs and Central Excise, TamilNadu, in the presence of R. R. Sreenivasan, president of the club and Prasanna, director-vocational service.

The other awardees were Sikkil Gurucharan (carnatic vocalist), Dr. V. Viswanathan (paediatric neurologist) and Kala Vijayakumar (president, SSN Group of Institutions).

The club’s office is located at 32/1, Kamatchi Apartments, 10th Avenue, Ashok Nagar.
