Bipasha Basu

Bipasha Basu

The last word

One couldn't help notice how good ‘dusky' Bipasha was looking at the launch of a new ad campaign for a jewellery brand. Especially when one remembers how the girl had been unceremoniously dumped by another jewellery brand some moons ago. The reason? Her dark skin wouldn't highlight the diamonds, went the whispers. The white-as-porcelain Karisma Kapoor had bagged the offer then. Well, life has come a full circle.

Fighting fit

Rishi Bhutani might have had a low-profile debut, but his skills in “Bolo Raam” did not go unnoticed. The lad had veterans such as Naseeruddin Shah and Om Puri singing his praises. Now, we hear that Rishi is all set to act in an action film. The details are yet to be out, but Rishi has been spotted working out with a vengeance. Six-pack abs…here come your next victim.

Lingual trappings

Get ready for an overkill of English if you bump into Celina Jaitley nowadays. Missing the point? Well, the actor is fascinated by the fact that each of her forthcoming releases has a part-English title. There's Anees Bazmee's “Thank You”, Subhash Ghai's “Hello Darling” and Neeraj Vora's “Run Bhola Run”. Wow, very impressive.
