According to sources, the shows were cancelled owing to some financial problems between the film's makers and financiers. The issue, according to sources, was expected to be settled before the 3 p.m. show. However, the issue remained unresolved even in the afternoon, leading to a cancellation of the 3 p.m. show as well. The shows have also been cancelled in Karnataka, Andhra and Telangana as well.
