The Supreme Court will take up a petition seeking a ban on the release of film PK showing the poster of actor Aamir Khan standing semi-nude with a radio.

The petition, filed by All India Human Rights and Social Justice Front, is scheduled for Thursday. The petition contends that the film promotes nudity. It has made Mr. Khan and the director Rajkumar Hirani parties in the case along with the Information and Broadcasting Ministry.
