‘Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior’

The trailer of Ajay Devgn’s 100th film in the Hindi industry, Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior , has been released, and promises to be a treat for fans of war epics. The movie will release in 3D as well, with the makers pulling no stops to ensure it is a spectacular viewing experience.

The movie will see the husband-wife duo of Ajay and Kajol share screen space for the first time in more than a decade, since U Me Aur Hum in 2008. The movie also stars Saif Ali Khan in a prominent role, as well as others like Jagapathi Babu, Pankaj Tripathi and Sharad Kelkar.

 

Directed by Om Raut and produced by Ajay Devgn himself, the film depicts the story of Maratha warrior Tanhaji Malusare (Ajay) who fights the Sinhagad Battle against Udaybhan Singh Rathod (Saif). Kajol is seen in the role of Tanhaji's wife Savitribai Malusare, who supports her husband in a battle for the ages.

Ajay shared the trailer of the film posting, “4th Feb 1670: The surgical strike that shook the Mughal Empire! Witness history like never before. Presenting the official #TanhajiTrailer.”

The movie is set release on January 10, 2020.
