The trailer for Telugu superstar Nagarjuna Akkineni’s Manmadhudu 2 is out and promises to be a treat for fans of the actor who want to see him cutting loose. The host of Bigg Boss Telugu returns with this sequel to Manmadhudu , 17 years after the original.
Playing a commitment-phobic, Nagarjuna is clearly enjoying himself in the film with some hilarious one-liners and is at ease with his lover-boy avatar in the scenes with Rakul Preet.
Rakul Preet Singh occupies equal prominence in the trailer as the femme fatale who falls for an older man, and other cast members like Lakshmi and Vennela Kishore only add to the enthusiastic vibe of the film. Directed by Rahul Ravindran, the movie also features Samantha Akkineni and Keerthy Suresh who have been roped in for cameos.
The music is by Chaithan Bharadwaj and cinematography by M Sukumar. The film will hit screens on August 9.
