Director SS Rajamouli, actors Prabhas, Rana Daggubati and Anushka Shetty, music composer M M Keeravani, cinematographer KK Senthil Kumar, producer Shobu Yarlagadda and a few other crew members had a reunion of sorts when their ambitious film, Baahubali - The Beginning was screened at London’s Royal Albert Hall on October 19. This was the first time a non-English film was screened at the hall.

Though Telugu movie buffs were a tad disappointed that the film was screened in Hindi with English subtitles and not the original language, Telugu, there was a general cheer as photographs from the screening were shared on social media platforms.

During the interval, the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra performed Keervani’s score. A question-answer session with the director and actors was also part of the evening. The screening had an overwhelming response from the audience that included members of Indian origin and a few ardent movie buffs from Japan who had travelled all the way to the UK to get a glimpse of the Baahubali team.
