Actor Nani and Prashanti Tipirneni announce their new film

The production titled ‘Hit: The first case’ stars Vishwak Sen and Ruhani Sharma, and will be helmed by debut director Dr Sailesh Kolanu

Actor Nani and costume designer/stylist Prashanti Tipirneni’s production house Wallposter Cinema announced its second production, titled Hit: The first case. The announcement comes more than a year after the production house’s first Telugu film Awe, the genre-bender directed by Prasanth Varma.

Aimed at promoting relatively new talent and unconventional narratives, Wallposter Cinema has roped in actors Vishwak Sen and Ruhani Sharma for the film that’s written and directed by debutant Dr Sailesh Kolanu.

Vivek Sagar will compose the music and Manikandan is on board as the cinematographer. Art director Avinash Kolla and editor Garry B H are also part of this team. Announcing the film’s launch on Twitter on Thursday morning, actor-producer Nani said, “We proudly bring you a unique concept and introduce some great talent yet again, and the team needs all your blessings as we roll [the film goes on floors] today”.
