The Bhartiya Janata Party headquarters in south Mumbai on Thursday wore a festive look, with party members and supporters already anticipating a huge victory in the 2019 State Assembly Elections.

Two wide projectors were put up, with news updates about the ongoing vote counting being played live, while seating arrangements were also made for the people flocking to the office. The BJP also arranged for traditional drummers beforehand, who were seen waiting patiently in one corner, even as the results kept coming in.

"We expect a total of 120-125 seats for the party. And around 190 seats for the BJP-Sena alliance. Our victory is affirmed." Ratan Joshi, party member and National In-charge of the Pradhan Mantri Jankalyankari Yojana (PMJKY) said.

Huge cutouts of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and party's state president Chandrakant Patil were raised and the premises was adorned with flowers and garlands.

The party's legal head for Colaba divison, Jaswant Parmar said, "The situation might seem a little foggy now, it might get clear by afternoon. We expect a clean sweep."

Party members also said that Mr Fadnavis is expected to visit the office late in the afternoon to address the people and express his thanks.
