In an attempt to exploit a crude meme tweeted by the Congress mocking the Prime Minister’s chaiwala (tea vendor) past, Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley and BJP chief Amit Shah will listen to Narendra Modi’s radio talk Mann ki Baat while having tea with people across Gujarat on Sunday.
