Who doesn’t like a good brain teaser? Not only do they provide a respite from boredom, they also boost brain activity and improve concentration and memory. Here are some puzzles that will challenge your brain and advance your cognitive abilities.

Equilibrium

This arcade game is based on physics, and requires you to pile up cubes on a triangle that is balanced on a small support system. Hold up as many cubes as you can, to increase your score. The game has two modes for you to compete in — normal and no-special cubes mode. In the normal mode, the app slowly increases the game’s difficulty level by adding cubes that are different from the ones that generally appear as you make your way to the top. However, in the no-special cubes mode, you can take your time and slowly progress as, only normal cubes are sent your way. (bit.ly/2DF3AJQ)

Tricky Test 2: Genius Brain?

Tricky Test 2 comes with a set of brain teasers that will have the most ridiculous answers. In this game, all you have to do is finish 111 amazing brain teasers, in two hours. If you can accomplish this task, you will be pronounced a genius. This addictive game will analyse your memory, math abilities and logic, and push your brain to the limit. You can also select the hardest questions if you are playing with your friends, and are on a quest to discover who among you is the genius. (bit.ly/2BB06b6)

Skillz - Logic Brain Games

The objective of this game is to boost your memory, improve your accuracy and speed in solving brain teasers. There are various levels in the game, where you are provided a bunch of tests, and the results are ranked between one and five stars. You need to have five stars in each level to go to the next round. With each star, you are provided a ‘brain,’ which can be used later to get out of a round in case you do not have five stars. It also has a multiplayer option with which you can play with your friends, or random people, who are using the app at the same time. The maximum limit for multiplayers is four. (bit.ly/2UZtXRz)
