Sound more ‘interesting’ by adding new words to your vocabulary.

She is an interesting personality.

That was an interesting video.

Wouldn’t that be interesting?

I found the book so interesting.

Count how many times a day you hear or use the word interesting. It is now a filler and we go for it because we are too lazy to use a word that’s more precise.

So, let’s try to replace the word interesting.

She is a striking personality.

That video was entertaining.

Wouldn’t that be enjoyable?

I found the book gripping.

Now, didn’t that make a lot of difference?

The next time you catch yourself writing or saying the word interesting, think long and hard about what you really want to convey. Use that word instead!

The result will be a well communicated idea.

And of course, you will be perceived as a much more interesting person (Oh no! An articulate person).
