Crispy Banana Pops

Ingredients

Bananas: 4

Flavoured yoghurt: Any of your choice

Chocolate: 1 cup melted

Granola/cornflakes/chopped nuts: 1 cup

Lollipop Sticks: 8

Method

Halve your bananas and stick each half on a lollipop stick. Now, dip it in the yoghurt and then in the melted chocolate, after which you can roll in the topping of your choice. Press it down gently with your hands to make sure they stick on. Serve immediately or freeze and serve later.

Broccoli Bites

Ingredients

Broccoli, florets: 2 cups

Eggs: 2

Salt: 1/2 tsp

Bread crumbs: 1/2 cup

Grated cheese: 1 big cup

Olive oil: 2 tsp

Method

Steam the broccoli till they are tender. Add broccoli, egg, salt, bread crumbs, and cheese in a large bowl and blend them well using a food processor. Roll them into small lemon sized balls. Flatten them out to resemble a vada.

Heat oil in a pan. Fry them in hot oil. Cook both sides until crispy. Serve warm.

Mango magic

Ingredients

Mango pulp: 2-3 fresh mangoes

Yoghurt: 2 cups

Cold milk: 1 cup

Water: 1/ 2 cup

Sugar: 1 or 2 tsp

Method

Mix the fresh mango pulp, yoghurt, cold milk and a little water. Add sugar if you like it sweeter. Blend to a smooth paste.

Optional: You can garnish with chopped nuts.
