Get a head start

A little advantage at the beginning can evenutually give you that edge over others.

“Joanseena took some special summer classes. She wanted to get a head start by the time school started,” said Joanseena’s mom proudly.

The special summer classes gave Joanseena a head start. Head start is an initial advantage that helps you to be successful. In Joanseena’s case the extra summer classes she took, gave her a head start which won her an advantage over others.

If you have a head start on other people, you have an advantage over them.

Fred gave his younger brother a five minute head start in the Treasure hunt game.

And that gives his little brother a chance to compete with the other players who are much older than him.

We can give ourselves a head start by putting in that extra initial effort and then success will come your way. So, head start…and succeed!
