Defending champions Golden State Warriors defeated New Orleans Pelicans 118-92 and top-seeded Houston Rockets got the better of Utah Jazz 100-87 on Sunday.

With these wins, both the Warriors and the Rockets are a win away from facing each other in the Western Conference finals.

El Clasico results in a 1-1 draw

Despite playing an entire half with a man less, Barcelona were able to continue their unbeaten run in this season’s La Liga as the match against Real Madrid ended in a 2-2 draw.

Real’s Cristiano Ronaldo was injured and taken off at half-time and Real would be hoping he will be fit to take the field for the Champions League final against Liverpool on May 26.

While Ronaldo cancelled out Luis Suarez’s opener, Gareth Bale nullified Lionel Messi’s brilliant individual goal.
