The Bombay Stock Exchange today said it received 376 complaints against 256 companies in September, out of which 275 against 184 entities were resolved during the same month.
The BSE received complaints like non-receipt of refund orders, allotment letters, dividend, share certificates, annual reports among others.
Among the companies with highest number of complaints pending as of September 2009 are Vatsa Corporation with 1,055 complaints, Pentafour Products (271), Mukerian Papers (172) and Usha (India) with 153 compalists.
Similarly 152 complaints are pending against Panchmahal Cement, 151 against Enkay Textfoods, 131 against Montari Industries, 123 against Mesco Pharmaceuticals, 101 against Eastern Mining and 99 against Toheal Pharmachem Ltd, the BSE said.
