Online travel corporation ibiboGroup, on Thursday, announced that it had acquired YourBus, a GPS-based online bus tracking and analytics platform, owned by city-based Lucido Softlabs Pvt. Ltd.
The Naspers Ltd. Subsidiary, which owns popular portals such as redBus.in, goibibo.com and Travelboutique, announced the purchase of the three-year-old company for an undisclosed amount. This is ibibo’s next big acquisition after RedBus, which it bought over for Rs.780 crore.
