Samsung unveils two tablets

Samsung on Wednesday unveiled its two tablets, Galaxy Tab 750 and Galaxy Tab 730, claiming to be the world's thinnest mobile tablets measuring just 8.6 mm.

Priced at Rs.36,200 and Rs.33,900 for Galaxy Tab 750 (10.1 inch screen) and Galaxy Tab 730 (8.9 inch) respectively, the new devices come loaded with Android 3.1 (android) operating system.

Galaxy Tab 750 weighs 565 gram and Tab 730 465 gram, both tablets come with 1 GB RAM and 1 Ghz processor besides powerful battery and host of pre-loaded applications. Besides having full 3G functionality, the two tablets are pre-loaded with Readers Hub giving consumers instant access to more than 22-lakh books, 2,000 newspaper (49 languages) and 2,300 magazines (22 languages). The Mobile TV application gives consumers access to 55 Indian television channels.

The devices are also designed with Samsung's Social Hub, which aggregates e-mail, instant messaging, contacts, calendar and social network connections into a single interface. .
