Prince Foundations is planning to offer Prince Courtyard, a premium residential project that will soon replace the legendary Dasaprakash building on Poonamallee High Road here.
Construction for Prince Courtyard will begin in January 2012 and the apartments will be ready for occupation by June 2014.
The first 50 customers can avail themselves of an attractive inaugural price of Rs.13,750 per sq. ft., says a company release.
The 100 per cent Vaastu-compliant building will be spread over 32 grounds. It will have three high-rise towers A, B and C with aesthetically designed apartments. The size of the apartments will range from 2,007 sq. ft. to 2,156 sq. ft. for a 3 BHK (bedroom, hall, kitchen) apartment and from 2,466 sq. ft. to 2,540 sq. ft. for a 4 BHK apartment.
The first floor of Tower C will have a 5 BHK luxury guest house. The total built-up area of the project will be around 3.30 lakh sq. ft. and the total cost, including land cost, around Rs.300 crore.
Eighty per cent of the area will have green open space. For sports enthusiasts, there will be a state-of-the-art gym, billiards, an indoor swimming pool with natural skylights, basketball court, volleyball court, table tennis area, yoga plaza and jogging park. Unique access cards will be used for entry to ensure privacy. CCTV monitors will be installed in the children's play area. There will be sculptured landscapes, viewing pavilion, amphitheatre, gathering alcove, chess park, gazebo, bamboo garden, maze garden, temple, water fountain and two inter-connected basements for car parks (two car parks allotted for every 3 BHK apartment and three for every 4 BHK flat).
