Zenox Lifesciences, a start-up company, will launch 15 brands mainly for chronic disorders in the first week of October.
Addressing presspersons here on Thursday company Managing Director S. A. Manikandan said Zenox had tied up with a company engaged in formulation development to create a novel drug delivery system products.
The company would manufacture and outsource products under cGMP (current good manufacturing practice) and random analysis of products would be done by third party.
He said Zenox was employing 250 marketing team. It had chartered out plans to have a pan India presence by 2012-13 by expanding the marketing team to 450 members.
Zenox, promoted with an equity capital of Rs. 4 crore, was in the process of raising Rs. 6 crore through private placement. The funds would be utilised to buy brands in the coming years.
