Tata Global Beverages names Sanjiv Sarin as South Asia President

Tata Global Beverages on Thursday said it has appointed Sanjiv Sarin as the Regional President for the South Asian region with immediate effect.

“Tata Global Beverages, formerly Tata Tea, announces the appointment of Sanjiv Sarin to the role of Regional President, South Asia,” the company said in a statement.

Prior to his new responsibilities, Mr. Sarin led a number of key projects within the business, it added.

“Sanjiv has been part of the Tata Global Beverages’ integration and transformation journey from its start,” the Tata Group firm said.

Before joining the Tatas, he had worked with a number of other international organisations, including a significant period leading teams at the erstwhile Cadbury Schweppes in the Philippines, Egypt, India and the U.K.

Mr. Sarin will be based at the Bangalore office of Tata Global Beverages.
