Shree Cement PAT zooms

Shree Cement, on Tuesday, reported nearly five-fold increase in its net profit for the July-September period at Rs. 228.13 crore against Rs. 38.49 crore in the same period in the previous year.

Revenue grew to Rs. 1,323.79 crore during the quarter from Rs. 856.07 crore in the July-September quarter of the last fiscal.

Net profit margin (NPM) grew to 17.23 per cent from 4.5 per cent in the year-ago period.

Shares of Shree Cement settled at Rs. 4,048.80 per share, down 0.77 per cent over the previous closing in the BSE.
