Promoters of United Breweries Holdings Limited (UBHL) have disclosed to the stock exchanges that they have pledged 50 lakh shares of the company. The promoters include Pharma Trading Company, Mallya Private Limited, Kamsco Industries and Gem Investment and Trading Co. Pvt. Ltd. The pledged shares work out to 7.50 per cent of the equity capital of the company.
