Mindtree announces Rs. 3 interim

IT solution services company Mindtree reported revenues of Rs. 596.30 crore in the second quarter ended September 30, 2012, an increase of 30.6 per cent over the same period of the previous year.

The company made a net profit of Rs. 72 crore during the quarter, an increase of 33 per cent. Mindtree CEO and Managing Director Krishnakumar Natarajan said the “initiatives to improve margins are showing consistent progress.” The board has recommended a dividend of Rs. 3 per share of Rs. 10 each.
