Sistema Shyam, provider of MTS brand of mobile telephony services, has launched various attractive schemes for its voice and data customers, a move that would further intensify price war in the telecom sector.

The company also announced crossing the 50-lakh subscriber mark in voice and one-lakh in data services.

MTS said its ‘win win' voice pack worth Rs. 530 will be available for just Rs. 399.

Similarly, users of its high-speed broadband service, MBlaze, can get unlimited data access for 30 days for Rs. 999.

“Through our special schemes, we hope to enrich our consumers' experience,” Sistema Shyam TeleServices President and Chief Executive Officer Vsevolod Rozanov told journalists here.
