Alliance Group plans new projects in 3 Southern cities at ₹8,615 cr.

City-based Alliance Group has drawn up plans to strengthen presence across South India in FY23 by unveiling 25 million sq.ft of new projects at an investment of ₹8,615 crore.

The projects comprise 10 million sq. ft. in Bengaluru, and 7.5 million sq. ft. each in Chennai and Hyderabad, at investments of ₹3,575 crore, ₹2,350 crore and ₹2,690 crore respectively. Till date, the company has delivered more than 7,500 homes and has 54 million sq.ft. under development, Alliance Group said in a statement.

During FY22, the firm had clocked a sales income of ₹2,290 crore and sold 3,686 homes.

“We are extremely happy in closing this financial year again on a positive note. FY22 has been a remarkable year in our journey. In spite of the COVID pandemic, we have been able to cross many major milestones in the industry,” said CMD Manoj Namburu.
