Socure Inc. to focus on India, opens centre

Eyes $30 mn revenue: To raise Chennai headcount to 60 by 2021

New York-based Socure Inc., a provider of digital identity verification technology on real-time basis, is planning to focus more on India for its business growth, said a top official.

“So far, we had deployed $1 million in Chennai centre in staff, infrastructure and training.

By 2021, we plan to double our investment and the number of staff to 60 in India,” said Tom Thimot, CEO, Socure Inc., who also inaugurated a software development centre of the company here.

“Going forward, Chennai software development office will play a dominant role,” the CEO said.
