Reliance Industrial Infrastructure Ltd (RIIL), part of Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Industries group, has reported 12.6 per cent fall in net profit at Rs.5.32 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2014, as compared to Rs.6.08 crore in the same period of the previous year.
The decline was on account of increase in operating and maintenance expenses, the company said.
During the quarter, RIIL reported total revenue of Rs.25.14 crore as compared to Rs.22.64 crore in the corresponding period, up 11 per cent.
RIIL shares on Wednesday closed with a loss of 3.14 per cent at Rs.455.45 on the BSE.
