Muthoot Exim Pvt. Ltd., a division of MPG, on Wednesday, opened its first Muthoot Gold Point Centre in Chennai. It also announced the launch of ‘Muthoot Gold Point’, a chain of retail outlets which will buy scrap, old and used gold items directly from the customers.
Muthoot Exim would subsequently reprocess, refine and supply the refined bars for domestic consumption. Muthoot Exim will launch five more outlets in the country by the end of this year.
