Hero MotoCorp’s February sales down 3.85 per cent

Two-wheeler manufacturer Hero MotoCorp on Monday reported a decline of 3.85 percent in its monthly sales for February which stood at 484,769 units from 504,181 units sold in the corresponding month of last year.

“Hero MotoCorp is set to launch a slew of new models in the coming months, including a range of scooters,” the company said in a statement.

The company announced its monthly sales figures after the stock markets closed on Monday.

It’s scrip at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) closed the day’s trade down 2.16 per cent at Rs 2,624.75 per equity share down from its previous close of Rs 2,682.65 per equity share.
