Coromandel Intl.to pay Rs. 4.50

Coromandel International has posted a sharp decline in net profit at Rs. 13.60 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2013 as compared to Rs. 121.540 crore in the same period in the previous year.

Total Income has declined to Rs. 1963.55 crore from Rs. 2730.55 crore during the quarter under reference. The directors have recommended a dividend of Rs. 4.50 per share of Re. 1 face value for the year ended March 31, 2013.
