Casa Grande PropCare to enter two more metros

Facility management firm eyes ₹200 crore topline by 2020

Casa Grande PropCare, a subsidiary of Casagrand Builder Pvt. Ltd., will be entering major metros in the south as part of its expansion plans, said a top official.

“Right now, we are providing hassle-free facility management services in Tamil Nadu,” said Arun Mn, founder and managing director, Casagrand Builder Pvt. Ltd. “This will be extended to two more metros namely Bengaluru and Hyderabad.”

The ‘integrated facility management company’ would enter Bengaluru this year and Hyderabad during the second quarter of FY19. It had also drawn up plans to achieve a topline of ₹200 crore by 2020.

“Right now, the company earns 80% of its revenue from Chennai alone and remaining from Bengaluru,” he said.

Acquiring new clients

“To achieve our targeted growth, we are extending our services to Bengaluru. We are also focusing on acquiring new clients and relevant businesses in an inorganic fashion across Bengaluru and Hyderabad region,” he said.

According to him, Casa Grande PropCare facilitates it corporate and industrial clients with more than 15 facility management services, from housekeeping to MEP services to landscaping to premium security services.

Current gross revenue of Casa Grande Propcare is ₹65 crore which is growing at a compounded annual growth rate of 70 % year-on-year.
