Meanwhile, nickel prices declined further on lower demand from consumer industries.
Copper sheet cutting firmed up by Rs 4 per kilo to Rs 353 from yesterday’s closing level of Rs 349.
Copper scrap heavy, copper armiture and copper utensils scrap all moved up by Rs 2 per kilo each to Rs 360, Rs 355 and Rs 340.
Copper cable scrap, copper wire bar, brass sheet cutting and zinc all inched up by a rupee per kilo each to Rs 365, Rs 393, Rs 265 and Rs 107, respectively.
However, nickel fell further by Rs 5 per kilo to end at Rs 1,060 as against Rs 1,065 previously.
