Payroll software maker Greytip raises Rs.35 cr


Greytip Software, a maker of human resources and payroll software , has raised Rs.35 crore in its series B round of funding led by New Enterprise Associates (NEA) and Blume Ventures. The company said that it would use the money to enhance the adoption of its flagship product among a wider set of small businesses. Greytip said that it enables more than 3,500 businesses to manage the human resources and payroll processes of over 300,000 employees daily. The funds would help it expand in Tier-1 and Tier-2 markets. Girish Rowjee, Chief Executive of Greytip said the company had been ‘constantly obsessed’ about helping small and medium businesses.
