At Carnatica's Sangeetha Sandippu, young musicians Abhishek Raghuram and Anantha R. Krishnan held the audience spellbound. The former recounted how he quit college a year into his Master's course, as all he did at lectures was to scribble notations in his notebook! Anantha spoke of how his upbringing in the U.S. exposed him to several genres of music. Grandsons of mridangam maestro Palghat Raghu, they took the rasikas on a trip down memory lane while remembering the legend.
