N. K. Thirumalachariar National Girls’ H.S.S. celebrated Founder’s Day recently. The chief guest was Dr. Sarada Nambi Arooran, State Commissioner for Information. He distrbuted prizes to the winners in the various competitions. Padma Bhushan Mrs. Sarojini Varadappan, Dr. Mano Bakthavatsalam, Mrs. Sundari Mani and the Headmistress J. Vijaya Manohara Bai, were present.
