Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Thripunithura

Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Thripunithura, won the 9th All Kerala Chinmaya Soccer Tournament.

They beat Believers Church Residential School, Thiruvalla, 2-0 in the finals.

The tournament was held at Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Kannankulangara, from November 13 to 15.

P. Balachandran, senior vice president of Ernakulam Cricket Association, who was the guest of honour gave away the prizes.

The prize for the Most Promising Team went to Janaseva Boys Home, Aluva. Ankit Manta of Believers Church Residential School was adjudged The Player of the tournament.

O.K. Arun Prem of Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Thripunithura, was selected the Best Defender.

Jeffy Joseph Thomas from the same school received the prize for the best goalkeeper.
