Sri So. Mi. Middle School
The annual day of Sri So. Mi. Middle School, Kuruvikondanpatti village, near Tirumayam in Pudukottai district, was celebrated recently. Cultural programmes and plays on values formed the highlight of the programme in which a number of students participated and displayed their talent. in sports events.
Local philanthropists, members of Village Education Committee and office-bearers of the Management Committee, besides a large number of teachers and students were present on the occasion. One of the co-ordinators of the celebrations, Annamalai, gave away the scholarship assistance to academically meritorious students.

The headmaster of the school, Muthuraman, spoke on the achievements of the school, since its inception.
The Additional Assistant Education Officer, Tirumayam, Azhagarsamy, presided over the function. The supervisor of the Tirumayam Block Resource Centre, Salam, the headmaster (in-charge) of Sri So. Mi. Higher Secondary School, Bagavathiappan, were among those who spoke.
