V.S.K. Duraiswamy Nadar English Matric H.S. School, Sivakasi

Opening of a new hall, G. Rathi Sutha Rajan Hall, marked the 39th Annual Day celebration of V.S.K. Duraiswamy Nadar English Matric H.S. School, Sivakasi. A. Vairaprakasan, industrialist, who was the chief guest, appreciated the school for inculcating a sense of discipline among its students.

Meera Vairaprakasam presented medals to toppers in public examinations. J. Saradha, Principal, presented the annual report. Senior students staged a variety entertainment programme.

The annual sports meet was declared open by A. Saradha Vijayakumari. M. Samuthirathai presented a report on sports activities. A. Inimai Rajan distributed prizes to winners of various sports events.
