Lawrence H.S. School, Mullipatty

Lawrence H.S. School, Mullipatty, won the girls’ title at the Tiruchi district-level inter-school handball tournament, conducted by Tiruchi District Handball Association (TDHBA), recently. It defeated St. Vincent Matric School in the final. Six teams participated in the one-day tournament. Deena Laveenya (St. Vincent) was adjudged the ‘Best Player,’ while Jesintha Mary (Lawrence H.S. School) won the ‘Best Goalkeeper’ award. TDHBA president SP. Annamalai, secretary R. Karunakaran, and District Sports Officer C. Punniyamoorthy commended the winners.
