Kalaimagal Matric H.S. School, SIHS Colony

All the students and teaching staff took part in the Independence Day celebrations at Kalaimagal Matric H.S. School, SIHS Colony. The secretary, Kuppuraj, welcomed the gathering and the chief guest, Natarajan, hoisted the national flag.

Students took part in the Science Olympiad foundation and won two school topper medals. Principal Amritham gave away the appreciation certificates. It was followed by cultural programmes and prizes were awarded to the winners of the quiz, essay writing, dance and painting competitions.

The school recently organised a demonstration on fire drill as well as on administering first aid to fire victims. The live demonstration was conducted by the service personnel of Fire Check Enterprises.
