S. Venkatesan’s seven-wicket haul was the highlight of Perambalur’s four-wicket win over Nilgiris in the TNCA under-14 inter-district cricket tournament here on Sunday.

At Tiruchi, A. Harish took seven for seven as Tirupur registered a massive 241-run victory over Dharmapuri.

Earlier, an unbeaten 252-run third-wicket stand between P. Pradosh Ranjan Paul (119 n.o.) and N. Gokul Raj (105 n.o.) propelled Tirupur to 272.
