CHENNAI: India player M.D. Thirushkamini’s all-round display helped MOP Vaishnav College for women win the title, beating Ethiraj College by 10 wick00ets in the final of the TNCA women’s inter-collegiate cricket tournament here on Tuesday.

Thirushkamini first bagged six wickets conceding just eight runs and then made an unbeaten 55 to do the star turn for her college.

The scores: Ethiraj 61 (M.D. Thirushkamini six for 8) in 30 overs lost to MOP 62 for no loss (M.D. Thirushkamini 55 not out).
