Sumit Nagal went down fighting to Seong Chan Hong of Korea 7-5, 6-7(9), 5-7 in the final of the ITF juniors Grade 4 tennis tournament in Panama, U.S.A. The second seed had lost a chance to serve out the match at 5-4 in the second set.

The 14-year-old Sumit, who had won a Grade 3 tournament at home in Kolkata in January, bounced back from losing the first set against Javier Restrepo and Drew Halbauer of the USA in the quarterfinals and semifinals respectively.
