: India’s Somdev Devvarman and Yuki Bhambri have been awarded wild card entries for the Aircel Chennai Open to be held at the SDAT Nungambakkam Tennis Stadium from Dec. 31 to Jan. 6, 2013.
Somdev’s best run on the ATP World Tour came at the 2009 Chennai Open when he reached the final as a wild card. Yuki Bhambri is currently the country’s highest ranked men’s singles player and in 2009 became the first Indian to win the junior Australian Open crown. — Sports Reporter
