The scores: Bihar 90 (Santosh four for seven) lost to Maharashtra 95 for one (Shashikanth 32 not out, Jaywanth 42 not out).

West Bengal 116 for eight (Joydeep Das 33, Vinay Mishra three for 17) bt Delhi 100 (Sujit Mandi four for 21, Koushik Das three for 16).

Tamil Nadu 151 (Bhanu Pratap three for 21) bt UP 99 (Sudheer three for 13).

Jharkhand 80 (Pradeep three for seven, J. Arogyam three for 14) lost to Kerala 81 for three.

Haryana 93 lost to Puducherry 94 for five.

Madhya Pradesh 98 (Yadagiri three for 15) tied with Andhra 98 (M. Gopal three for 13, Jitendra three for 15).

Odhisa 106 for seven lost to J & K 107 for two (Tariqdar 45, Haroon Nazir 45).

Easy for Medak

Medak scored a seven-wicket win over Karimnagar in the HCA inter-district (under-25) cricket tournament being played at different centres.

The scores: Karimnagar 97 (Vikranth 42, M. Mahender Reddy three for 16, Sai Kumar three for 17) lost to Medak 102 for three.

Nizamabad 154 for seven (Sudheer 37, Majid 36 not out, Upender Reddy four for 30) bt Nalgonda 138 for eight (Sk. Younis 50, Sajid four for 24).

Taha enters final

Taha Kapadia entered the boys under-18 final defeating Yash Puri 6-3, 6-4 in the All India Talent Series tennis tournament here.

Andhra Pradesh team to take part in the Junior and Youth National table tennis championship to be held in Indore from February 5 to 10 was named here.
