An unusual bid of £40,000,001 from Arsenal has been rejected by Liverpool, which was designed to trigger a clause in Luis Suarez’s Liverpool contract. 

According to BBC , under the terms of Suarez’s deal, the club is duty bound to consider any offer for him in excess of £40 million and then inform the 26-year-old of it but it does not have to sell and have now rejected two bids from Arsenal. — ANI
