Top-seeded Kim Dabin of Korea defeated Simran Kaur Sethi 6-4, 6-3 in the girls’ semifinals of the ITF Grade ‘III’ junior tennis tournament at the CLTA Complex here on Friday.

However, Simran and Sri Vaishnavi Peddi Reddy won the doubles title beating another Indian pair of Snehadevi Reddy and Dhruthi Venugopal.

The results: Boys: Semifinals: Lee Duck Hee (Kor) bt Djurabeck Karimov (Uzb) 6-3, 7-5; Skander Mansouri (Tun) bt Majed Kilani (Tun) 6-2, 6-2.

Doubles: Final: Mehdi Abid & Skander Mansouri (Tun) bt Lee Duck Hee (Kor) & Wang Aoran (Chn) 6-1, 6-3.

Girls: Semifinals: Kim Dabin (Kor) bt Simran Kaur Sethi 6-4, 6-3; Greetje Minnen (Bel) bt Chanikarn Silakul (Tha) 6-1, 6-2.

Doubles: Final: Sri Vaishnavi Peddi Reddy & Simran Kaur Sethi bt Snehadevi Reddy and Dhruthi Venugopal 6-4, 6-1.
