CCMB sports meet

The Centre for Celluar & Molecular Biology (CCMB) will organise a two-day State Mitra badminton championship and the Anusandhan basketball tournament from May 13 to 16 under the aegis of CISR Sports Promotion Board.

Dr. J.S. Yadav, Director, IICT, will inaugurate the event at 4.30 pm on Thursday.

Chess tournament

The Jayaprada Chess Academy and Sports Promotion Association will organise the Big Bazaar children's chess tournament on May 16 at Big Bazaar (Ameerpet), according to J. Subrahmanyam, joint secretary of APCA.
